★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Timber especially plywood is so confusing to select. They generally deal in century ply. Sainik MR is quite a popular alternate sheet plywood for the price it comes for 68/-sq.feet.

I am an practicing Architect from Baner area in Pune. It my humble request to read the complete text before purchasing material from Devi Timber near Jain Mandir, Bhavani Peth. They have Century ply & kitply .
Don't get confused with other Devi ply in Bhavani peth.
I had a very bad experience with Devi Timbers . They have all warped plywood in there stock which they have purchased at low price or I dout it's duplicate material of Century ply in Sainik ply series. Knowingly they r selling this rubbish material at higher price.
They play trick.... won't load material in front of u n send all rubbish material behind u with excuse of load truck scarcity.
When I send the pics of all warped n bent ply they r not ready to exchange it. Asking me to adjust...does he charge me less prices while selling the worst material to me,NO.Then why shall I accept the rubbish material when I paid a complete amount. When I am asking to resend good material,he is not ready to bear cartridge expenses
They know once sold material can not be bring back due to heavy cartridge charges.
I am sure he will regret for his did.
Those who have suffered like me can directly complain to Century Ply.

Harish (owner of Devi Timbers) not only provided me best quality material at a lower rate but also provided free interior consulting tips :-). I am thankful to him for guiding me throughout.
