UPDATES The Devki Devi Jain Memorial College for Women team with MAULANA ABDUL KALAM AZAD TROPHY presented by President of India to Vice Chancellor and Director Sports Panjab University Chandigarh. The students of Devki Devi Jain Memorial College for Women brought laurels to the college by performing well in the examination of Msc-IT 1st Semester. Pashmeen Kaur bagged 8th position in the university by securing 85.00% marks. Bhawna Bhatia and Ranjna kumar secured 10th position in district and 2nd position in college by securing 82.33% marks. Shivani got 3rd position in college by securing 80.33% marks. The pass percentage of the students in exams is 100%. Meera Dass of B.A.-I, the Canoe Champion brought laurels by winning silver medal in the Open International Canoe Sprint competition held at Bhopal from March 23-25, 2019. Innovation Cell of Devki Devi Jain Memorial College for Women, Ludhiana organized a workshop on ‘Cognitive Skills, Design Thinking and Critical Thinking’ on April 24, 2019 at the college premises. Mr. Jatinder Pal Singh Manchanda (Director, Weltech Equipment & Infrastructure Ltd. & Founder Director, Sambhav Foundation) acted as a resource person. The students of Devki Devi Jain Memorial College for Women brought laurels to the college by performing well in the examination of M.Com.-3rd Semester conducted by Panjab University, Chandigarh. Jyoti Rani bagged 1st position in the college by securing 78.62% marks. Prerna Sharma got 2nd position in college by securing 78.14% marks and Muskan Dawar bagged 3rd position in college by securing 78.04% marks. All the students got 1st division & pass percentage of the college is 100%. Varinder Kaur bagged 1st position in the college by securing 80.60% marks. Komal Saini got 2nd position in college by securing 79.17% marks and Pooja Rani bagged 3rd position in college by securing 77.11% marks in the result of PGDCA-1st semester. The pass percentage of the college is 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally irresponsible staff. Especially the clerks. They really don't care about your future. She simply asks the students to come on the other day and when we visit her again she make some excuses. She even doesn't know how to behave with someone. very frustrated.

Teachers were soo rude to me specially Mrs. Ekta jain mam.just to attend the convocation i requested her to please allow me to be a part of this function but because i was not there at the time of rehearsals she said in super rude manner jao ap ko degree aj milne he nhi hai hum kuch nhi kr skte ap ki degree hone he nhi hai ghr jao mere piche piche aane ki jrurt nhi hai even though i didn't get any letter from the college regarding convocation and i am not in contact with any of my classmates except on fb and insta and was unaware about the event i request her and so many other teachers as well but at the end after being insulted i left the place.
i wish for the teachers that someday there kids will face the same situation and "blessed " with teachers like them only .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lots of memory over there with my friends. I don't know about the other departments, but the computer department is best. All the teachers are very cooperative. One thing that I don't like about the department is a lack of practical knowledge. They prefer theory work rather than practical knowledge. This is the main reason that I don't recommend to anyone. One suggestion for them is that they have to arrange a placement cell or contact with other IT companies for the seminar to aware students with the new technologies.
