★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an apartment in one of the Devnandans premier property. I bought this property in 2012. The apartment I got, was as they would deliver, with their own quality control. This feedback is based on that.
#1 The apartment possession was delayed almost one year, from its promised date.
#2 Almost all the bathrooms were choked, we later found that the pipes had cement set in them, probably labors carelessness.
#3 All the door frames, are not fixed with the wall, one fine day with 1 year of minimal use, the door came off the wall with its frame.
#4 Window frames had cracks, with heavy rain, water flooded the apartment.
#5 Rain water caused mold in the apartment.
#6 Very poor quality material used all through out the apartment.
#7 One of the guy from other flat reported that, they had got all the furniture done from interior designer. and then they discovered wiring problem, like devices would suddenly stop working. so finally they had tore the wooden interior and walls to find that wiring was done by joining small pieces of wires. this could as well cause short circuit in the house or electrocution as walls are made of poor quality too!
Writing this review, I am risking resale of my property, but I think I must warn other potential buyers.
because when i bought the apartment, there were no reviews, and I had to trust his brand name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to inform you that I booked a flats in your Adalaj scheme (Devnandan Parisar 2) on dated 14 - 07 -2016. Flat No. V-302. At the time of booking possession time is April'2017 however still we didn't got the possession, we already personally meet your representative in March '17 to know the possession time and that time they told us that due to demonetarization you will got the possession in July’17 but still we didn’t got the possession and now they told that we got the possession after 6 to 8 month.
We are very disappointed and not satisfied with this. Another thing that at the time of booking your representative Mr. Dhaval Bhai Patel was told that this flats has three floors and now they are start construction of 4th floor which is also not as per agreement. Regarding this we try to meet your representative many times but didn’t get proper answer from your end. We meet Mr. Dhaval Patel on 18 – 08 – 2017 at your Chandkheda site and at that time he behave very badly with as and said that “DO WHAT YOU WANT”. Hence now we are focused to take legal action on your company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked an apartment in Devnandan parishar 2 in sep-oct 2013 and was promised that the possession would be given within 2.5 years and if they get the permission to build the fourth floor it would be extended to 3 years. Maximum time they assured was by diwali 2016. Till date 4 Jun 2019 i haven't got the possession. I received a call in feb 2019 to take over the my apartment but on visiting the site, i found the construction of fourth floor is still not completed and the area to be developed in front of my apartment was in very bad condition. I would suggest every new buyer to avoid buying with devnandan builders.
