★ ★ ★ ★ ★ please think 2 times before purchase a house Because I had booked a house in this project since 2016 and today is 2021 still they had not given any update on my house . my Bank taking me follow up with my for Closing my Loan against this house but no from devnandan giving Office staff along with builders are very irresponsible in communication to their customers so I highly recommended to all think 5 times before you purchased or booking a house.

Too much away from local market, too away from your social life.
On my opinion, quality of construction & Design is below average.
