★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center, non professional staff, the moment you stop your bike in front of the shops it's like taxi driver calling you in railways station, after servicing by fuel meter stoped working, problem with gear shifting, bike didn't start well, after servicing compressor was licking and mechanic asking me dose it was licking from before, when complaining next day their response was we need to check but no one came to check, if you want to waste money and if you want your bikes parts stop working then you should visit there, it's no use of paying extra after you did complete full servicing, I wish I coutgive zero star rating for them. Bajaj should employee proper staff, not who just don't kniw anything about bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very expensive service centre. They add extra charges for every single thing and makes bill higher in cost as much as they can.
I visit this service centre two times and they service my bike in the cost of fourwheeler service charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service center. They don't have trained mechanic. They have only one mechanic and rest 3-4 mechanics are trainee and just learning. They are also doing everything manually like rpm setting and all. I recommend not to go there, a road side mechanic will be far better than dewan bajaj.

No one tells you where to sit.
The service charge is low but stil they make huge bills.
And Person sitting at the cash counter always looks like he is not interested in the customer.
They don't give online bill.
Recommended not to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience with any service center. i went there for regular service and some minor work along with front shocker repair. Pathetic service. Even after 20 days i still face the same issue. They gave used break pads. It is like taking risk while travelling with my pulser 220 Dts fi. They gave a new break shocker drum but still brakes are not working properly. I wish i could go to Badarpur for the best service from Bajaj but unfortunately this is the closest one for me. I was planning to exchange my bike for a new one but after seeing their service i wont exchange with Bajaj anymore. Pathetic service. 0 stars to them. They charged me around 3700 just for service. i can get my car serviced for that price. Pathetic service. Worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an authorised Bajaj service center. The staffs are good and experienced. I’ve been visiting this service center since last three years and I’ve a good experience here. They do a great job and don’t waste much time as they’ve always good number of bikes for servicing. They also offer a 6-month membership for regular customers which has several benefits like low-service charge, free maintenance, discounts on parts purchasing, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave one star just because there’s no option for 0 star and for helping me to swap my battery. If you haven't visited this service centre and wish to experience some worse service experiments then you can try this servicing centre. I went to change my fork oil sea, they dismantled the fork and after 10 minutes they asked to keep my bike for 4 days (which ill never do if it's not 10 hours) as the parts are not available, I started questioning them if it's not available why do you have to take it down why irresponsible. They said they will fix it back and they did, but the oil splits 80% more than before I parked the bike home and call the service if it was available or not and they asked me to go to Haryana. Lol
