★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go there if you need SUPPORTIVE treatment or ICU. They will KILL you. Staff is extremely callous, impatient and insensitive. Everything about them screams uncooperative. My mother died in their care under very suspicious conditions, and all they cared about was the money, wouldn't discharge the body, and confused us with the whole process and blamed it on US.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst nursing home we have ever witnessed. They do lots of unnecessary test which has nothing to with the actual problem and charge exorbitantly for their services. They first check whether the patient has an insurance policy or not. If yes, then they will try to charge as much as they can so that it crosses the insurance amount. The mediclaim guy was so rude and impatient. He is definitely not fit for this job and should look somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good care and service. My mother was admitted there with covid+ in ICU. She's now back home. Nursing home staff was very helpful and supportive. Special mention Dr. Arindam Ghosh who took all good care of her, diagnosis was spot on & prompt and imparted all the critical care needed. Thank you so much ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Good at all. I admitted a patient but within 2 days no improvement and lots of money is charged. I have to release the patient. He become fit when admitted to govt. Hospital instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dewan medicare with their limited capability and resources providing good health care services in our locality. They might not be having jazzy looking infrastructure but they have a strong will and commitment to give good health care services. Their front office, medical and ward staffs are well behaved and trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited here for treatment of my mother under Dr TN Kundu.
Small hospital with all facilities.
Staff behaviour are very good and cooperative.
They maintain cleanliness.
Parking of 4 wheeler is difficult here.
Limited parking of 2 wheeler available.
One thing which need to be improved is fees collection process as they don't provide any receipt of registration charges unless we demand for the receipt.
Also they don't have facility of online payment as they refused to accept card or Google pay yesterday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why there are so many bad reviews about this nursing home. Because I had a really good experience. My mother was admitted for 4 days and she got the best treatment from the doctors and the nurses as well. There is a doctor who is available for 24*7 for emergency. The behaviour was also very nice. They also maintain hygiene by cleaning ther floor every hour. Yes, it is expensive but you also get treatment of that level. And last but the least they do have cashless facility.
