★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dezine kids shop at DT Megha Mall Gurgaon , the Owner and its staff are a bunch of cheats.
Not only he refused to honour a credit note issued by himself against replacement of a baby toy but was rude and discourteous during numerous visits to the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are a bunch of arrogant idiots who think just because they have babies stuff imported, they can have this attitude. their branch in GK is even worse as their owners refuse to refund unused and sealed stuff even if they have given it themselves wrongly. they suggest the wrong things to first time parents which are not very important but are good for their profitability and then refuse to refund or provide credit for it. avoid this shop completely!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE!! Never go to this store if you have any self respect! They are rude and make a joke out of you! They will never have the decency to understand what you need instead they shut you off making you feel stupid. I have paid thousands of rupees on over priced important baby products but when there is a reason for them to exchange they simply shut you out saying there is no exchange police. Even if you walk out the store and realize some thing is wrong or you mistakenly bought something. This attitude is pure evil. I will never ever shop here again even if its out of urgency for a product form my little ones i would rather live without something then go to this store to see the owner's face!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's unbelievable that a kid store store can be that rude. The staff has no manners, the owner misleads you on medical products.and most of the imported stuff is over priced. No one in the store has correct knowledge on any product. I was given a number of products to be used on my 5 month old daughter which cannot be used till the kid is 3 years and over.on the suggestion of the owner I painful it and when my doctor and the info on the product suggested otherwise I was told to be careful before buying as they will not take it back, forget that they denied for a store credit too for something else. I think it's stupid and dangerous to be in that shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner and staff are extremely rude. They slammed the phone down while discussing price of a product and told us “just go buy from Amazon then”. The owner agrees with the rude behaviour of the employees. Not buying anything from this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most awful experience at this shop in Gurgaon Mega mall. The staff is pathetic and extremely rude. I also see that similar feedback has been provided by other users too. I have frequented this shop since my kid was 6 months old, (now 3 yrs) but thanks to this experience I will not contribute my hard earned money towards their business. I hope they learn a lesson and change the staff. I am definitely not visiting again.
