★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping from Dezine Kids from a long long time now but I am shocked with an incident which took place today..I had sent my executive to shop on behalf of me a week ago as I was pregnant and was on bed rest. I had called for silicon mugs which are soft and easy to use with babies and the shopkeeper shared a couple of pictures claiming that these are silicone mugs where as it was just plastic mugs, I checked it and sent it back without even opening the package, fully intact with all the packaging material and the owner of the shop refused to refund or exchange the product, he was not even interested in coming on the phone after putting a lot of pressure he came on the phone. I explained the owner of the shop that the person who came to get it was unaware of the product and in the pictures it wasn’t clear whether it’s plastic or silicone and his reply to this was that you should have sent a person who’s literate, who’s knowledgeable, excuse me! how can you judge a person on the basis of his knowledge for baby products and talk rudely, insulting a poor man who’s innocent and doesn’t know about baby stuff. I have spent a lot of money at this shop in the last couple of years and today he’s lost his valuable customer just behind 2k and all the respect for him has gone down the drain as he insulted an innocent person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally pathetic customer service. Rude Staff. The staff has no respect for their customers at all. Thinks of customers so little and boasts of their wealth. Owning a small shop in GK doesnt make you rich. If a customer has a strong purchasing power then he/she can purchase enough stuff. Stupid and pathetic customer service.

Charge exorbitant amount for packing their gifts which all store across India do for free ..Rs 40 per gift to be precise!! Even when u have shopped with them for more than Rs6000. Disinterested and rude staff as they seem to get that trait from the owner. WIENER STORE situated in the same row is way better and has similar stuff and better customer experience or else I BABY in Gurgaon is also good.. also they offer regular discount on clothes and toys.. Refrain from using this store much better priced and quality stuff on first cry/Amazon or the above mentioned stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I mistakenly bought a wrong size thermal for my nephew which I went to exchange for the next day. The staff and the owner refused to take back their own product and were extremely rude. I also bought a spectra pump for my sister which was sold in a broken box and turned out to be defective. When I called them to replace it, they demanded money for changing the part! I highly recommend boycotting shopping from Dezine kids and shopping online instead.
