★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience at The Prerana healthcare (DG hospital) was an amazing, sacred, and very powerful experience. Of course a birth of a baby depends on what you make it! The guidance ,the love, the care, the hospitality— though it was a long journey, we felt like we were in a little piece of heaven. From the minute we walked in when choosing a birth centre, we felt at home and a beautiful spirit. The spirit continued with all of our check ins and we knew that we chose the right place. Starting from the first consultation itself Dr. SEEMA RANI made us to feel better and cleared all our doubts and myths about pregnancy so obviously We never left an appointment disappointed. We always left with a smile on our face, more faith, hope, and feelings of love. On each consultations she will guide us exactly what has to be done and never forget to make my wife to feel confident in delivering a normal.
Of course these feelings of care grow stronger nearer to the birth. At the birth we saw the true meaning of care and left with so much awe and gratitude. The cost factor is also extremely reasonable, considering all the care and services and the special touches they provide. As we prayed to have a successful and impactful delivery, the hospital team provided us with a perfect team and perfect experience for our little angel in the labor room.And the best part is Dr. Seema Rani made sure that my wife will have a normal delivery by making her presence during the whole time of my wife’s labor period.
Then of course the after birth care should be mentioned. I really appreciate all the duty doctors and especially staff nurse Ghousia for the love and care especially with all of our questions in the middle of the night, she has taken care of my wife and my baby in a ultimate manner not only her but the whole team of nurses . The hospital team provides such hygiene & facilities which is well maintained in all aspects. So a big Kudos to the hospital team.
Thank you to all! We can’t thank enough for the care and experience , Again i would like to say a very special thanks for Seema ma’am without her this wouldn’t been a smooth journey for my wife we are much obliged and grateful to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently my father was admitted here treatment wise they are ok but the hospital charges are very huge, for normal non AC bed (that is shared by 4 people per room and this is not ICU) they charge you 13k per day.
And also 13k is not hourly basis
For example if you get admitted at 11pm at night you will still be charged 13k.
And moreover even if u have cashless insurance tied to this hospital they will not consider it .
Avoid if it's not emergency here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all Very thankful to Dr. Rajesh Kanna for saved my mother from critical stage. 100% you can trust while admitting the parents. He was explaining about our health conditions from pre operation to post operation stage. We were searching hospitals while my mother was emergency that time was very high pandemic period no one want to take risk for treatment but he is the one only taking admission for treatment and he gave assurance for recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and rude staff which take so much unnecessary money and just think about their pockets. I recommend don’t go to DG Hospital even if another hospital is 20 km far from you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy to have had a natural birth under the care of Dr Seema. She has been a source of moral support for me to achieve my dream of having a normal delivery.
The service in DG hospital was very good. The nurses and the housekeeping staffs were very supportive during my labor.
Overall my experience in the hospital and with Dr Seema has been very satisfying and thank them whole heartedly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, no trained nurse's, having medical students from northeast India to treating patients and they dont know English, Kannada, hindi and speaking in their language, no one knows what they are saying. Better not to go there.
Administrative officers dont know how to use the medical insurance and asking to pay cash.
