★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before monsoon they took maintainance activity. After a week in monsoon they're not able to fix every 2nd day power issues. So pathetic service...no customer care or responsible contact to know the hours of power failure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic service. Every week they shut the electricity for Maintenance and still there is power cut for 3-4 Hrs every 3rd - 4th day. The engineers are complete inefficient as they don't even know the reason for power cut off. Seniors are the most arrogant and thinks that they are doing obligation on us by giving us the power supply. Wonder if they have hired Engineers or some layman to handle this division.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give zero rating but there is no provision to do so. Worst service. Every week at least one day they cut the electricity in name of maintenance, and sometime 2 days a week. Their maintenance never end.
Don't know what scam is behind this, maybe they are using second hand parts in name of new & redeeming money in name of that.
On one side the central government is trying to establish 24x7 electricity service all over the country & on the other side are these corrupted officials of DGVCL who don't have the capacity to provide steady electricity to already powered up areas of India.
Because of such arrogant, corrupted and egoistic employees, many parts of India are still under darkness.
PATHETIC SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0.5 star... oh...Is true? ...i dont know Eru GEB has got contract from NASA regarding providing power to MARS. As they take outage every saturday for whole day. And there is no rectification done to earth ppl as every now and than there is power failure ( heavy power fluctuations & damaging costly equipments) may be they are working for aliens only.
