Dhaba is located on 2nd floor in pavilion mall on senapati bapat road. If you are looking for great north indian food and ambience then this is the best place for you. I like the desi punjabi ambience. Staff is well trained and friendly with customers. Taste is really awesome. Must try atleast once with friends and family. This place is value for money. Theka is also available with all type of drinks. staff is also celebrating your birthday with you with music and dance in very unique style.

The food was very good. The waitress also recommended non veg delicacy for main course which was simply amazing. Veg options were also as good.

Located at Senapati Bapat road , in Pavillion mall Pune Had seen this Eye catching place last year while visiting the mall , was closed though since Covid.. They have Recently re opened so planned a visit Must say this is such a Bright , Colourful & an attractive place in the first look ! At the Entrance is a Dhaba style counter with machine ka Thanda pani written on it & handwritten slate There a a few tables and trendy painted walls , there’s a wall with picture frames that attracts attention. The colourful door leads to the interior where there are rows of tables with different varieties of chairs/ sofa which you can choose On the Right side is the Bar ( there are fancy quotes written in Hindi ) Very tastefully done interiors Copper vessels lined with steel are used that lends a rustic look At the counter lot of copper vessels on display too Movie posters & curios all around , very Impressive indeed Coming to the food , ours was a huge group so could taste a lot of dishes , which I’m glad coz each one was special in its own way Drinks : 1. Virgin Anaarkali : Mojito with added muddled pomegranate seeds served in a huge glass . Was very refreshing 2. Kaka khatta : Served in a goti soda bottle , classic Kala khatta can never go wrong Starters : 1. Dhaba Paneer Tikka: well marinated, tender and juicy paneer tikkas 2. Palak paneer ki seekh : very innovative way of having Palak paneer in the form of seekh kebab ! 3. Veg Galouti kebab: Could have never imagined a veg version of galouti kebabs, must try for vegetarians 4. Mutton galouti kebabs : Melt in mouth kebabs served over miniature rotis. Perfect flavour of all the spices 5. Highway Chicken tikka : Classic Chivken tikkas , very delicious and big pieces 6. Kala Sha kala kukkad: Served in a Charcoal Iron with Charcoal in it , steaming hot .These black chicken tikkas are worth a try for those who want something unique 7. NH9 Tandoori chicken: classic Tandoori chicken pieces perfectly grilled and served in bite sized pieces Main Course: 1. Balti Meat : Mutton curry with the bone marrow piece , served in a bucket , super delicious 2. Butter chicken 1986 : Loved the perfect balance of flavours 3. Handi murgh : gravy with joints pieces served in an earthenware pot infusing it’s flavour. 4. Paneer Makhan masala : thick gravy loaded with paneer pieces , was too good 5. Kanastari Baingan bharta :unbridled that Baingan ka bharta can be so delicious! Served in a copper box Definitely recommend this 6. Lahsooni palak : Classic Sarso ka saag kinda flavours but made with Palak , thick and delicious 7. Dal Dhaba : Very delicious Dal Makhani Rice & Rotis 1. Assorted Roti platter was very good and served in a unique platter 2. Jeera dhania Pulao : went well with the gravies Dessert 1. Dhabe ka Meetha : A layered dessert consisting of vanilla ice cream , Rabri , gulab jamun , shahi tukda served in a cold earthenware pot . Highly recommended 2. Gulab Jamun : juicy and delicious Was a Meal to remember ! Undoubtedly One of the Best places in town to experience Fine dining with Dhaba style food . An absolute favourite ? Is it still Delhi or Pune? The first thought that comes to your mind the moment you enter Dhaba 1986. The lively , colourful and joyous ambience takes you on a completely different tour. The vibe of this place just screams fun and joy and you can be sure that you’re going to have a fantastic time here. And I am glad to say , that this experience did live up to its first impression. Dhaba estd 1986 is back with a bang and has reopened its doors at Pavilion Mall. So now let me quickly get on with the food that we tried here : Meerut ki Shikanji & Virgin Anarkali - Sweet & Refreshing drinks , both great to enjoy with the foods that’s about to come next and perfect for summer. Appetisers : Kala Sha Kala Kukkad : very interestingly presented in a literal clothing iron shaped server. Super tender chicken, smoky masala and garnished with pomegranate and coriander. Mutton Galouti : I could not get enough of this one. Soft, creamy texture and it literally melts in your mouth. Moreover it was so wonderfully spiced, that I could feel the flavours in each bite. Tandoor Bhune Aloo : what an incredible interesting dish. Never knew something so simple can be so good. This dish gives you most of the chaat flavour with a smoky whiff of the tandoor . Palak Paneer Seekh : Personally, I have never been a fan of vegetarian Seekh Kebabs, but this dish completely changed my view about it. First of all , i was fascinated by the concept of a Palak Paneer Kebab. And this fascinating turned into admiration for this delectable dish . Amazing on the taste buds, just care need to be taken , that it doesn’t get extremely dry. Main course: Balti Mutton : Starting this section with one of my favourites. Literally served in a cute little copper bucket, Balti Mutton is one of the best mutton dishes I have tried in a while. Thick gravy and perfectly cooked mutton , which is easy to pull off and chew , it’s a great dish to be had with rotis and naans. Lahsooni Palak : This dish reminded me of Saag ( although not Saag). This green gravy dish is a delight for someone who loves garlic in their garnishing or enjoys its flavour. I completely loved the light bitterness of spinach teamed with garlic. Kanastari Baingan Bharta : You either love a Baingan Bharta in the first bite or you just don’t. Well, since it’s made a place on the list here … you guessed it right , I loved this one . A traditional Bharta, served in a box, good quantity and mildly spiced. Dal Dhaba : Although most gravies in the main course are good to go with rice, there is a different kind of magic in a rich, creamy, well cooked dal makhni with jeera rice. I served myself additional portions of this flavourful dal , because just one bowl was not going to leave me satisfied. Dessert: Dhaba ka Meetha : This dessert is proof of how rich , royal and soul satisfying a proper Delhi wala mithai can be. A blend of bread pudding, Gulab jamun, ice cream and custard - do I need to say more ! Royalty it is ! There is so much more to this never ending delectable food served at Dhaba estd. I could only mentioned some of the best here , but the experience here was amazing.

Best in class butter chicken in Pune. This restaurant has reopened after a long time and pune peeps are going gaga about it. We had to wait for 30 mins for getting a table around lunch time. Food was just amazing! Service was quite slow assuming due to high footfall due to long weekend. Hard drinks not being served as of now. Hope this resumes soon too. Overall this place is good for chicken and meat lovers, ambience, reachability. A bit expensive though, but once you have food here, you'll definitely think to revisit again.

As the name suggests it gives an excellent experience of Dhaba style. The choice of dishes and drinks has all the authentic feel. The ambience is one to enjoy with entire restaurants filled with one liners. Staff is very good. I had a experience where the waiter replaced my drink on realizing I wasn't having it due to presence of crushed ice in it (which was entirely my fault as I had to enquire/inform in advance)
