★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible incident here, I visited the restaurant on 7th March, 2020 around 5pm. I had ordered some items and my bill was Rs. 472. As soon as I got up to leave after paying the bill, 3 waiters came and kept the leather book (which is used to bring the bill) open in front of us. I thought they forgot that I paid the bill, I told them I've paid the bill. To which they shamelessly said that they were asking for a tip. I have never expected this kind of third class behavior at a reputed place like Santa Banta. I request the authorities to teach some basic manners to the waiters and don't appoint anyone illogically. It was very embarrassing that they threw the leather bill booklet at us and begged for money. Kindly look into it. I would have rated the restaurant 5 star otherwise, because I loved the food and ambience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food preparation is very bad earlier it was good but this time I was very disappointed. Cutlery sets are very old even some are broken too. No investments has been made on furniture and interior since long time. I had organized my kitty party here today but in the end I was very embarrassed to see the arrangements here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a horrible experience yesterday I ordered a banta thali from zomato which they get delayed. Today I was feeling hungry so I ordered again the same and they delayed it by 3 times and later after one hour of wait I have to cancel the order. If you are not able to send the orders online then why to take... Never going to order ever.. ??????

No Taste
If you ask them food without pepper they will definitely provide you all the dishes on your table full of pepper and spices.
Very slow service.
Their waiters always remain busy in their own conversation and don't listen to customers that soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is tasty and good looking. This was my second visit, was looking for a good time with family. But got disappointed as the outlet had lot of baby cockroaches visible clearly around the table and chairs.our table was switched but same situation. Even the interior lacked maintenance. Salt n pepper pots, ketchup all looked dusty. Management should definitely look into this as this doesn't send out a good message. Missed to take pictures in all of this hustle.
