β β β β β The place itself has a vibe that makes you feel at ease and soothes you from inside, let alone the course that they conduct. I recommend Vipassana to everyone who reads this. Everyone who feel they are happy or feel they have something bothering them. It is not a retreat, it's hardwork. It's a hundred percent hard work but once the work is put in life definitely has a more clear view.

This meditation is very old technique of Ancient India. Every Indian should join once 10 days Seminar to make free from all Sorrow and to purify mind.
Must visit and attend shibir.
