I have applied for my small daughter's birth certificate in January 2021, almost 2 months have passed & still they replied me the same that from today onwards your form will be in process of making & will take some more time. How can working staff be so irresponsible as they also know that how important the document is?

We are staying at VIP colony Kolakusma and still there is no road facility. we are facing issue daily.
I rainy reason water is overflowing and people are draining their water on the main road.
