★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased oneplus7pro, after paying money,they opeed new piece in show room before delivery Oneplus 7Pro not working,Mr.Vindoh promised New Sealed one delivery...In the same time spoken to One plus customer care , their policy i need to carry mobile to there service center? What a Fun/joke...Without taking mobile from show room , i need to Grab mobile to service centre.
What a Stupid Joke by One plus team...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive items with low quality. Bought tampered glass and mobile case, cost was very high than in market. They gave me assurance that it's of top quality and durable. But within days the tampered glass developed bubbles and case started loosing the color. Went back to them but they didn't do anything about it. Ended up buying another one.

The store is located at the heart of Vijaya bank layout and they have great choice of mobiles. I believe they even sell television here. They also service mobile phones. The owner (Vinod) is wise and well behaved.
Note: One should follow up with the mobile technician quite often for an update.
