★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We gave a gold plated bangle for repair, but the owner of the shop did not start his repair work for nearly 10 days saying that I didn’t get the design you are looking for and thereafter on continuous follow-ups, misbehaved and arrogantly asked me to collect the damaged bangle which I had given him for repair.
The owner is very arrogant and has no professionalism to deal with the customers. I urge people not to visit his shop to purchase any jewellery. Poor service offered by this jewellery shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited for a Gold Bangle repair. At the time when we went first the owner said that it will be repaired and ask us to come after 1week and if it is done before that they will call me. But after 7 days when we didn't get any response from their end we visited and got to know somehow they didn't able to repair that because the inner bangle ( which is Pola), the haven't found. And also the owner assured don't worry ma'am your golden bangles is already done we are only waiting for the Pola ( where the gold was suppose to be pasted) we shall find and call you on Monday. We awaited throughout the day on Monday ( not got any updates from their end) and called him then he said give me 10 mins will get back with the update. And later on the he didn't pick the call. I tried to contact from my husband number then he start misbehaving. He was so arrogant and said you take your gold we can't make that after 10days. And we went to take this they didn't even touched my bangles it was broken like how I submitted. I won't recommend anyone for this shop, he was not only arrogant and misbehaving with us but he was lying that my bangles is ready just waiting for that Pola.
