Dhansampada Properties - Pune

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW TILL END SINCE IT WILL BE giving you fair enough idea how you can avoid yourself from brokers fraud (Specially from Dhanasampada) Dhanasampada taught me a lesson that NEVER TRUST A BROKER. I would like to give background why i am saying this. Basically, i am from Mumbai and shifted to pune due to job. As new to pune city, obviously you will go through broker to find a room. After 5 days of searching, i came across Dhanasampada. Broker showed me a room with reasonable rent 12k. My requirement was as below which i had discussed with Dhanasampada : 1. Water supply has to be sufficient since family will be staying in room. 2. Security in society or apartment. 3. Society where only families has to be staying. This 3 basic requirements, i had given to broker. Now broker showed me on property and his words as below: 1.water will be supplied 4 hours in a day, 2 hours in morning and 2 hours in night. 2.Secuirty will be staying 24x7 in this apartment only. (he showed security guard's wife for a proof). 3. Only families are staying in this apartment. After above statement, will you select property? Yes, you will because this requirement suits for 3 members in family (me, wife and 72 old granny ) Reality : 1. water supply was for ONLY 45 min with irregular timing depends mood of security guard. 2. Secuirty guard was drunk 24x7, first of all he needs security since he won't stand on his feet. Never on his seat. You can see him on night only sleeping on a chair. 3. Only bachelors are staying in many of the room, only 2 families are staying in society 4. Lifts stopped working several times in a day. I had no choice to wait for a lift to reach on 5th floor since 72 old granny with me. Till now, you will have fair enough of idea how broker misguided me. After all of this, how you can react? Will you change a room? Right? I also did try a same and informed broker that i will leave room in next 2 days but he told me that you need to stay in room for a month then only owner will give you deposit of 25K. So i somehow convinced him and he promised to return token amount of 4000 and 25000 deposit. You will think that broker is nice. Right? But please hold on. He is not nice at all. Why? Please read below lines. On next day, he told me that owner will give deposit only when he gets replacement and he again promised that we will provide replacement and give you all amount. After 2 days later, no hopes of replacement. No body came to see a room. So i again called him and again same line of promises. That day was thursday and i need to move to new room on Saturday. Now , please be on my shoes and think how you will react and what you will do. Will you wait for broker to find replacement for you or you will take charge and contact other brokers to find replacement for you since you need deposit to move to new room on Saturday. Answer is that you will take a charge and contact other brokers to find a replacement since owner wants replacement to provide deposit. I was succeeded to find a replacement on Friday with help of other broker then i gave owners number to that broker. Then i stopped contacting Dhanasampada for deposit and directly called owner to give deposit since i gave replacement. Do you think this is Happy ending, finally i will get my deposit .. Not at all. Dhanasampada broker shows his colour and he took my deposit from owner (everyone knows how). Owner statement was that Dhanasampada brokers will be in touch with me. I had good relationships with them. How you will react on owner since he gave all deposit to Dhanasampada broker without my knowledge. If he has good relationships with Dhanasampada, then owner should not accept any client from any other broker. Right? But he did. He should be clearly mentioned that replacement has to be come from Dhanasampada. In end , i got only 12500 Rs amount out of 29000. Thanks to Dhanasampada who always lie. I will give minus star. But thanks to Goggle which does not allow you to give minus.

Fake broker.. They will do fraud and take money from you and make fake promises so you can buy property then you will get to know everything opposite of promises made by Dhansampda. I would give 0 star to dhansampda.
