★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Nurses don't attend even after called. Patients have to be taken outside hospital for CT scans, Sonography, X- Rey & other medical services. Request don't admit patient's un Badlapur Dhanvantari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor medical service, all treatment kept confidential by doctors. My hubby was admitted due to minor cellulitis but in 5 days admission condition became worst. Surgeon adviced for surgery, orthopaedic advised not to do surgery. When we asked for final decision , Dr. Paritekar asked our opinion about surgery.
Hubby's leg swell & became watery. On 5 th day when we planned to shift to Mumbai in other hospital we asked for discharge after that 3 hrs his wound was kept open , mosquitoes were roaming on wound, no one there to bandaged. For 5 days worst treatment they charged 1 lakh , they charged double of medicine rate. One person known Mama ( don't know who is he) was working as wardboy & doctor he is taking all decisions though he is not qualified.
When hubby admitted in another hospital there doctor told it's worst condition.
I request to all if you really care for your family never go to Dhanvantari hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feeling guilty to give even 1 star. Worst hospital. Take complete more than 1 day to diagnose the patient. Till then no treatment given to patient and after this they asking for 15000 Rs for 1 day, for general ward admission?
Also no proper hospitality to take care of a patient, from hospital staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The opd is good and even the doctor but the reception out of the doctor's office is the worst in behavior, rude and making people coming after you go in first I had to wait for more than 3 hours just for a 2 mins checkup. I pity the senior citizens going there I went there with my mom and they are not checking the patients temperature before them going to sit just telling them to sit with so many people after knowing the increase in covid cases and just before going to meet the doctor they are checking we had to wait outside because of thinking about covid and they took so much time after us giving our name first just few minutes late we were they sent us after 11 patients after going there that also after 3 hours making everyone wait. Worst experience....

Doctor's treatment is best but, the whole staff is indisciplined. sisters,nurses,wardboys and even though the other doctors too are useless.
the most useless thing in hospital is lack of hospitality, rates are higher and treatment is slower, maybe the useless hospital in whole thane district. some hospital staff especially the (insurance policy related staff) is misbehaving and impolite. Hospital is corrupted and charging 15000/- per day for I.C.U.beds....
No care is taken of patient and no service is given. Careless,Useless,Impolite,Ruthless,and Cureless are the remarks given to hospital and hospital has fame for it's bootless facilites in whole city..
PLEASE DON'T VISIT!!!!
BEWARE OF THE INSURANCE RELATED STAFF!!!!
