★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware everyone. This is a project by a fraud company. I booked a flat on 3.7.2017 and till date not a single brick is laid in Universia.I filed for refund and till date I did not receive the refund. Like Sarada they have taken money from lot of people. I have filed a police complain and also a complain in consumer forum. To my surprise still such company like sarada are operating in West Bengal. One day the directors of this company will be behind bars but at the same time we will not get our money back. Shocking!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want refund as they without any intimation even after agreement hiked the price of the flat and location. They told me to wait for 6 months for the refund. But it's now almost 8 months since application and not getting any information about the refund. I visited the Merlin building several times but as usual they are delaying the refund and not giving any positive feedback. There are several other clients like me who have been cheated by dharitri. Have to move to consumer court against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked for bungalow of 1 katha. I feel that project is genuine. On April 2021 we have visited the site only 2 tower is almost ready. But this negative review making me confused and scared. I am from middle class family, we are planning to invest all most everything we have. So this negative comments is too scary.

I want refund. They told me your refund will be credited within one week. But it's now almost 3 months since application and not getting any information about the refund. I visited the Merlin building several times but as usual they are delaying the refund and not giving any positive feedback. There are several other clients like me who have been cheated by dharitri. Have to move to consumer court against them and apply for freezing of the company account in which I have paid the money, so that they couldn't use the money
