★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor delivery service. They will deliver you one week late from the aforesaid date. Also don't expect delivered item to be same as that of you ordered. Zero professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fake shop.. Owners workers.. Everyone.. They don't even stick to what they say... We bought a bed and mattresses from them in December 2016. After 3 months the bed broke from the leg part. As both bed and mattresses are covered under 1 year guarantee and warranty respectively, we called them and ask them to fix.. And after daily phone calls the mend it after 2 months. Then after 5 months, the inner part of mattress broke. We asked for replacement in May 2017. We asked them again n again but they always said today. I called the owner(a lady, i got her number from internet).. She said she has no information about this. She talked so rudely and even spit some bad words. We booked the mattress before August 2017, even the guy there showing us other mattresses said you can book before August else GST will be
applicable. So we did same. Unluckily, no response. after mid August we went to shop, and now mattresses will be replaced only if we pay 28% GST and 700 extra for the cloth over the foam which almost cost us half the price we paid for mattress initially. We decided finally we are not going to exchange the mattresses and the bed broke again from the fitting. We have again called them. Let hope.
P. S. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVEN IF THEY COST LITTLE LESS. THERE ARE MANY BETTER SHOPS AROUND THEM. THEY ARE VERY POLITE WHEN YOU INITIALLY PURCHASE. BUT AFTER THAT THEY DONT CARE. THEY ARE RUDE. AND HAVE VERY LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS.
I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i could give negative half stars ... I ordered a bed to be made on 4th april., gave advance. Bed was to be delivered on 14th, then I took a follow up went to the shop on 22nd since they were unable to deliver on said date. A lady on shop started fighting with me when i requested advance money back. I am still trying to get my order till 28th april. Do not go to this store . Choose a better store in neighborhood dont make same mistake like I did. Save yourself time and peace of mind. Unbelievable shop and people

Even after written warranty on invoice, they do not provide any service post sale.
Please don't buy any product from them to help yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are worst , please do not go to them for any furniture. Lady in shop is so arrogant that she doesn't know how to talk.They promised to deliver shoe rack next day but after 4 times follow up at their shop finally they delivered it on 8th day.
Service is too bad, person who came to deliver was asking for extra money and he was also abusing shopkeeper.
I highly recommend not to go to there shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is polite but overall my shopping experience wasny good. Paid the full amount in advance for the furniture because she promised to deliver it the next morning but to my bad experience, it took them 10 days to deliver. That was a bad experience otherwise I would rate them 4 atleast.
