★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I had with Dharmendra furnitures.
We bought chairs for office from them. On receiving chairs I found that one of them had a problem of push back. They sent it without even checking the chairs. Upon calling repeatedly they came after 3-4 days and changed the stand of chair. Then one chair stand broke suddenly. Upon requesting to check they asked me to bring the stand to their place! I denied and requested him to come and check himself. So he said that he can't come. It will take him 3-4 days to come. After 2 weeks one person came to check and he found what the problem was and said that he will come again in couple of days and fix it.
3 weeks has already gone since the chair is broken and it's not fixed yet. And rather then apologizing for this, the owner told me, very rudely, not to call him again and the chair will be fixed when mechanic will be free! That's really very frustrating.
The worst service along with bad quality of goods.
I am done with them. It was my last order from Dharmendra Furnitures.
