★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The धरनीधर pond/pool is famous place of Beswan. It is considered as a holy place because it is believed to be the place where ऋषि विश्वामित्र (the creator of सप्तर्षि मण्डल) did worship/यज्ञ which has evident reference in holy book of Hindus.
It is surrounded by some temples which bears historical importance.
The pool was refilled with water after years of facing mis-management and ignorance by authorities and now is a favourite destination of local people to visit it for leisure purposes.
