★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How can a person live in a place where electricity cuts off for 3-4 hours everyday and on summers around 6-10 hours(yes 10). Gurgaon is a good city but I wish every immigrant to rethink if they have a good living standard.
It's puzzling as to how the board is able to pull off such magic tricks. Their whole staff doesn't care, the worst grid in India. This place isn't a city its a gaon its a village. I've been here for 6 years and its a pain everyday when electricity is gone, especially if you don't live in an apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highest rate of electricity in Delhi NCR or may be even across india . Non existing services , we pay through our nose for electricity when it's not there for hours together , no one to hear your complaints , no phone line, dedicated or otherwise.after paying huge bills of nearly 20k per month , I have to pay for backup at double the price. Why this pathetic department is not answerable to anyone. And if you go to the office to complaint, they are extremely rude and laugh among each other looking at our issues. This department shall be sold out to some private company at least we will be able to complaint against them if they too fleece us like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t even give these people half stars and the staff and people on the call are least bothered about the electricity issues. They give false timelines for resolving issues. The customer service people are not concerned at all don’t even listen to customers. Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service.NO ONE in the entire office is willing to answer about any question.They keep.the phone off the hook so if anyone calls they get engage tune.Its a nightmare to go there and ask for any help on power failure questions .Hope they start to work honestly and provide service which they are getting paid for with the taxpayer's money..?
