★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As it is the governmental organization so, definitely you'll find the office dirty and clumsy. Their service is not so good and the most of the officials don't come on time, they mostly(25/30 days) come late by 30/45 minutes or even by 1hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience ?! Staff is very unprofessional, no bady wants to solve any problems of people and the way of talking sounds like they don't know any thing about their work. The whole system of DHBVN is vary very bad. Need to improve so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the main office of the khand-b area of jawahar colony. Although crowded at times your complaints will be solved faster than what you expect from government office, But not sub par, still can be improved a lot. Maybe they only appreciate powerful or hooligans.
