★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally attend the dhbvn office personally, regarding meter reading wef 11-07-2020 to 11-11-2020.unit 1921. I asked Sh.Shiv Kumar CA why my last bill issued on everage,but no satisfactory reply given to me the said official. Bill issued to me on 11-11-2020 Rs.5654 after my last on average bill minus. This act is totally unfair and cheating with the consumer. My bill in maximum domestic tareef 710 paisa per unit.This fault is not mine, not to take meter reading within prescribed time. I mentally harnessed by the way of behaving of the dhbvn officials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience as in this covid time where we try to avoid go out of home and there is lockdown for our safety on the other hand we public are played and forced to get out of home and pay the bill offline as when we try to pay electricity bill online its even more than twice of actual readings and there was only two staff members who was managing to fill the bills of hundreds of people who was standing in this pandemic in hot weather
