★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant give stars in minus so giving one star. Dheeraj realty are scammer they only do scam. No responsibilty i cancelled my flat 6 month back but still no payment has been cleared and they deny to clear the payment so be aware of this scam. they dont even pick up the call you have to call more than 100 times to reach them very rude and disgusting people.

They are one of the fraudsters in real estate, Many as 1000+ people are suffering as we have not got position since 2011 for their project Jade Residencies Wagholi Pune. Always Fake promises from this builder from day 1 till date. Its been 5 years after booking, we are in trauma.

Right from delayed possession, change in building plans, quality, material, amenities, parking, property tax, mseb bill nothing favors this builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want loss on investment then invest in his project. I had invested 26 lakhs and selling it with loss of 2 lakhs. Project is delayed for more than 7 years. Amenities on paper and on big full page advertisement. If you are investor, stay away. Fix deposit in bank will give you better returns. Project is handed over with no municipal water connection. Transformer burned, people are living without basic facilities like water and light. He is D or E F class builder, sorry for nomenclature, he is basically Gunda who turned into builder. Do not invest in Liv Smart or any of his project, you will not get amenities even after waiting for 10 years. Even if you paid full amount and only registration is pending then also they will not show your flat to prospective buyers, non co-operative builder. Be ready for extensive follow up once your hard earned money is gone. They will never pick up your call. To show flat to your client, you need to do follow up for 10 days. You will only get call for payment. Stay away and save your hard earned money

They fail to provide basic amenities like water, power backup and none of them is reachable. I've purchased home with all the hard earned money and there's no peace since then. They've promised to provide water for 24 hours like any other builder but we've water issues every week. One week, they'll not pay money to the tankers and another week to the housekeeping staff. Forget about their other promises like club house and swimming pool. You're a shame to humanity. There's no option to give a negative star so I've given one star.
