★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chawl (basti) like place. Always noisy even till 2:00 am in the night. Thts why always flats are vacant. I experienced during my stay there - lot of noise and inconvenience, pathetic residents who don't care abt others, disturbance and very rude (so called night security guard). I heard him even abusing a resident over there. People in the building don't mind shouting, making lot of noise even till midnight. Not recommended for rent even at lower price, forget buying. Thank god I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for 3 years (got stuck bcoz of covid). Plz don't stay here. Few residents are so insensitive/illiterate that they never care abt others. Generally they will shout/make noise and disturb others till midnight. Even their guest frequently come at 1-2 am in the night with kids who will turn the whole building in a fish market. You will be at mercy of such residents.
