★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dheya was referred to me by my sister who had already taken their services. The referral was for my son who just gave his 12th exams and needed guidance regarding his career. Since there is a range of courses available now n then their subdivisions, we as parents were also lost about the correct career course.
Our counselor was Mr. Sameer apte who was very friendly, perceptive n guided my son after a very thorough one on one discussion with him providing him with 4 career options as per his personality. My son has more clarity now. Thank you Dheya.

The strengths and positives discussed during the session which matches with her own perception made her believe strongly in Dheya methodology. She is setting up her career plan with Dheya Career Mentor and going to work to achieve them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am glad to share that entire career mentoring process that includes assessment & one to one mentoring of Dheya is very professional & student centric. My son who is studying 11th class, has undergone this session, has got below benefits.
> He understood his natural abilities & personality traits
> Got better clarity about the streams which has to pursue for next 5 years
> Understood probable jobs he may secure & relevant skills required for those job roles.
> Also his doubts around studies & myths are clarified.
Now his road map is ready & he is in better mental frame to go get that :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had enrolled for their mid Caree guidance program. I expected it to be very structured and well thought out, Unfortunately it was anything but that. After the second session I realised that this is not what will work for me and told them that I will be withdrawing from the program and requested them to process the refund. At first they tried to convince me that they will try to make it up and promissed a one on one session with their experienced mentors and this was an upgrade from the group session I had earlier enrolled for. I told them I would prefer to have my money back as I did not see the value in what they were offering to me as it clearly did not work for me. After that they agreed to proces the refund but I still haven't received any it's been two months as of today. The sales executive whu sold me this product her number is now switched off and her manager Arivind is not answering the calls.
I would suggest, if you are looking for any professional guidance with focused results then best to look elsewhere given my experience with this organisation.

This field is really great and lot of people I can support with. Very good learning 2 days. will recommend my friends to be mentor and also plan mid career.

No follow up is then. In spite of writing emails, no one responds. Dheya is a fraud company. Do not pay them to either become a mentor or seek guidance for your child.

Did not realise it 6 years back but when my daughter has become a creative director after her education and when I see her motivated, I am really amazed with the alignment Dheya did of her nature to what she wants to do in her profession.
