★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr is good or bad it depends on satisfaction of patient. Drs treat equally without any discrimination with full of their knowledge and experience. But patients compare dr's to their relief and on money how much she spend. It's OK for a limit. According to me a dr should have soft spoken skill, good behave, soft corners, helping nature, acceptance of mistakes if he made and ready to resolve all disputes with patients (if any made) allongwith their updated knowledge.
And I feel all qualities in Dr Dhingra. So I give 5/5.
