She is very sweet and gentle, has good knowledge about both gold and diamond jewelry. They are the biggest fraudsters in the industry. I bought a diamond ring for my wedding from them in 2013. In the name of diamonds they are giving cheap and dirty looking glass stones which are actually just rubbish. The ring looks worse than a Rs10 imitation ring available on street markets. The so called diamonds have no shine, clarity, beauty and are extremely ugly to look at.
Once you've ordered it and got it made, they'll not refund your money or take it back also. Though they say they'll take it back fully but they won't. It was just a waste of money.
Looters and cheaters - beware of them!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. WASTE OF MONEY.
