★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used Dhiti Omics multiple times for RT PCR test at home. The person arrived within an hour or two to collect and got the results pretty quickly. You may get the report on the same day if your sample is collected early in the day. Customer service is top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Availed my RT PCR test for return abroad travel in November 2021, the process was simple to book and was even personally cared with my minor accident while on the way reaching their premises, they helped (Dr.Yash and Rahim) for minor cleaning and dressing at the premises. I had my travel next day evening, I could get the swab taken before 2 PM deadline for my results received by 8 pm same evening with all requirements of approved report compliances. This lab being approved lab that evaluate the COVID-19 infections unlike the other testing facilities that only collect. Additionally, offer the home collection options at just Rs.100, its the best options for the travellers that look for best service and RT PCR test at reasonable fee of Rs.650. I am so grateful that I opted the test here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience with Dhiti. I needed a RT-PCR testing to fly to US. The person promptly came home as per the appointment, did a nasal swab test. The results were supposed to come by 6PM, but for some reason delayed till 10PM. I was a little concerned with the delay, however their support on whatsApp was outstanding. The support person words were reassuring and he said that "we will not go home until we provide you the results today" , finally I got the results in whatsApp and in my email. Why five stars, I would give them a million stars for their customer service.
I would very highly recommend Dhiti Omics as they provide outstanding customer service and wish them well.

Mr Rahim Khan came for swab collection the process was quick and got the test results within 6 hour as I needed it within 1 day prior to boarding the flight to USA, the customer care executive was quick to respond for any queries, definitely recommend for any one who is in need of RT PCR test report within 6 hours.
