★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cargocharges in delhi is doing scams and fraud in delhi as my courier is not delivered it's been a month and not picking up the calls now as @delhi police should take action against them they are just taking money and not responding I ask who is your your owner they do not reply people should be alert before taking sending any courier.

Poor service quality
Negligence
Delay of delivery
Lack of responsibility for the product and customer.
Confusing bills.
I've used their services for 2 times and it was terrible. They are showing fake price first and final charge Will be different in bill.
They will also manipulate weight of parcel and add extra charges.
Last time they've mixed another customer invoice with mine and my parcel was stucked in Malaysia custom and they were not ready to take any responsibility and blaming the FedEx service Nd I've to pay extra 2000 to Malaysian customs to get my parcel.
So please choose your parcel service wisely and Don't fall in their fake website and prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service but more than that worst behaviour towards clients specially ladies. The staff is just ignorant and doesn't want to accept their mistake.
1. Wrong address written in the system despite of correct address given on the package. But still they preferred to humiliate the client rather than accepting the mistake.
2. They are completely ignoring the fact that they promised 10-11 days for the parcel to reach destination but it's been 1month and it's still held in customs.
3. Bad behaviour towards clients and no manners on how to provide an efficient service.
4. They blocked customers email and phone number so that the customer won't reach them.
I would not recommend their services at all.
