As per India law I was instructed to submit KYC documents, but my Visa copy was rejected twice despite late confirming with customer service that I had submitted the correct visa documents. I am now in a new address due to the delay, and DHL refuse to redirect the parcel to my new address with no explanation despite escalating this complaint to a manager. They advised that the parcel would be destroyed. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unreliable, can't trust them because they give one quotation & charge heavily above the quoted rate.Charged me Rs One lack seventy thousand & five hundred per Kilogram(Rs 1,72,500=00 per Kg) for volumetric weight.Actual weight was 200gms.For mere 6gms volumetric weight I was charged Rs 1035/- more than quoted price.Never ever trust DHL.
