★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listed on DHL’s website as a service point. So we sent an item to them to be held for collection. DHL confirmed that the package will be held there. When my elderly relative went to collect the staff there were very rude. Would not help in finding the package or advise of any other service points in the city. Deserve zero stars if that was option.
