★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best courier company in terms of professionalism, atleast in India. The way they handle parcels is amazing. Only courier company which will never handle your parcels roughly. Videography of parcels are done till couroer reaches its destination.
Main office in Chandigarh has friendly work force. Just a little competitive in pricing but you never mind paying a little extra for the best customer service they provide. 99.9% Parcels to US and Europe are delivered within 3 working days.

I have corporate account with DHL. Never faced problem like that.
Very bad response. DHL team should look on it. This behavior will definitely spoil the image of your brand.

All the facilities there are of good quality and they donot compromise with any of their product. All the products are of fine quality and on reasonable price. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sector 34 DHL is the main branch, people don't pick phone instantly, you need to wait for 15-20 minutes for that,instead it is better to visit sector 34 and place order. I sent some documents to Canada for Rs 2250
