Hari Om, I feel blessed to learn Yoga here. I am thankful that an authentic Yoga center with experienced teachers exists. My experience, though short for now, has been enriching... like a river meeting the sea. One can feel the aura of peace, warmth, humbleness, and respect upon joining the Dhrti Yoga family. Dhrti Yoga has kept the essence of Yoga intact in modern times, where Yoga is commercialized like never before. The class environment, offline and online, simply exuberates spirituality. The classes provide you an opportunity to experience total well-being via Yoga under the tutelage of Satya Mataji & Mohan Prabhuji (All females are addressed as Mataji, and males as Parbhuji). A sense of responsibility and discipline is cultivated towards one's own Yoga Abhayasa. Different elements of Patanjali Yoga are beautifully blended in the 1-hour session. The class is welcoming to everyone. Five yrs ago, I chanced upon the in-center classes during my short stay in Bangalore. Ever since I was eager to re-join Dhrti Yoga someday. Now out of Bangalore, I finally joined the online classes during lockdown times. The online classes are of the highest quality and very reasonably priced. Just like the in-center classes. All that is expected from the student is discipline and attentiveness to avail the opportunity to grow. The classes start 5 minutes before time with a quiet meditation, for our mind to prepare for the Yoga practice. Shlokas and wisdom are integrated with Asanas and Pranayama. Nothing is taught in a rushed manner, yet the pace challenges me enough. Safety is given a priority. I have learned Surya Namaskar from various sources before and didn't enjoy practicing it. Here, I experienced the joy of it! Yoga is taught orderly. At the end of the session, I feel rejuvenated, strong, and knowledgable. The class unquestionably completes my day. Words fail to describe my heartfelt emotions for Mataji & Prabhuji. With their sincerest intention and rich expertise, they are always at the selfless service of their students. They are committed to making our lives fulfilling. I wish to serve them someday in my capacity. May they always radiate the inner glow, and touch many more lives. I joined online class around May 20th, 2020. Before lockdown I was attending Prabhuji's class at BTM. When lockdown started i couldn't join online class immediately, in some days I started getting inflammation on joints due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. I started doing practices which Prabhuji taught. Later, on May shifted to home and started online class. Pain on wrist, back pain and sometimes knee pain were stopping me from doing difficult asanas. But still Mataji, you were supporting and teaching simple asanas to recover. Initially I felt sad that I couldn't do certain asanas like arm balance, Sirasasana. But then realised that each individual is different. I loved the meditations and ajaba jaba, Jyoti tratak, which made me to concentrate and improve myself. The visuals and the way my body feel, I am loving it? I feel very active after doing asanas and its helping me in my work and studies as well. From last month my medicine dosage has been reduced. In upcoming months Doctor will reduce medicines slowly. Inflammations has been reduced and I am trying out Arm balance and unsupported Sirasasana, hope I could achieve that in a few weeks. I couldn't attend some classes now a days due to unavoidable circumstances. I will reduce the frequency of skipping classes in upcoming days.? I love the way my body responds now and the vibrations i get while doing Tratak and Sadhana are Amazing. Thanks a lot Mataji for the Wonderful classes and the attention you are giving to each one of us and making us to do in the correct way. The guidance and instructions which you give us are really good.

I started yoga in 2016 at Dhriti center, I attended the sessions for a few months and due to some other reasons like relocation, personal commitments I stopped my practice. It was only when I moved to the US that I felt to take a class again. They say you don't know what you have until it's gone, and I can't agree more. I was missing the center and wished I had continued my abhyas. Nevertheless, I tried few classes here but it didn’t resonate with me at all, things were nowhere close to what I had experienced at Dhriti. Honestly, classes over here were more like stretching and the practices lacked luster. Even though I attended the classes at Dhriti for only a few months in 2016, but it had such a lasting impact. Because of the current ongoing situation of the COVID-19, I got to know that Dhriti is offering online classes, and at that moment I genuinely felt blessed to have the opportunity to learn from Mata Ji and Prabhu Ji again. Through online classes, it did not take me long to connect with myself again. while practicing any asana, I would visualize myself sitting at the center, at the same place where I used to practice 4 years back :) so that's why I said above, that it had a lasting impact. I would like to share why I feel Dhriti is different and stands out from the rest of the places: 1)Teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone is very friendly and you experience a warmth when you're around them. They help you out with any kind of concerns you have. 2)Here you learn a lot of new things every day, for example, you learn about Yamas: Mana Prasad and Kshama, Niyamas: Japa and Namaskara, Shatkarmas: cleansing techniques, different variations of Yoga Nidra, the importance of different mantra's that are chanted on different occasions. You also learn the spiritual side of yoga that certainly helps in deepening our faith and hence every class is very refreshing and different. This is a perfect place if you want to learn traditional authentic yoga. 3)Discipline is one of the important factors when it comes to yoga, we have a uniform at the center that not just promotes discipline but also helps in focusing on our abayas. No time wasted on deciding what to wear. 4)There are many business-minded centers with a passion for yoga, But Dhriti is not about making money. Just to put it in simple words - when I joined the classes again after 4 years, to my surprise there was no change in the fee structure. Lastly, I'm very thankful for all the guidance, help, and support received from Prabhu Ji's and Mataji Ji.

These classes are superior! One year of doing online yoga with Dhrithi has gotten me through the quarantine, made me positive, has got me feeling healthy inside and out. They also have a variety of events : mantra saadhanas, havans etc which they live stream and i think what they do for yoga and for learners is outstanding.

I was practicing Yoga myself in the US, but practices were very irregular. Discipline was missing. Mental and physical health deteriorated over time. What I achieved by joining online classes at Dhrti (after 1.5 years of gap): 1. Regular discipline 2. Getting back to the Yoga family and friends. Company of such amazing Yogis. 3. Improved health and mental state. 4. Improvement the practices. 5. Group energy is totally different that individual practice. 6. Not missing Dhrti family at all, although physically apart :) Can never pay my gratitude enough to Gurus for devising such beautiful practices to us. On top of it, Mataji and Prabhuji are living Gurus for us, who transfer Knowledge regularly to us and excel us in our practices.

Hari Om! My relationship with Dhrti is 2 years old. . I could attend couple of months session in the beginning. Though I was unable to join you in the center, kept going with whatever learnt in this couple of months till COVID lock down. And I am happy that I am back on your online platform. Whatever is taught is very authentic and from Prabhuji’s and Mataji’s own self experience as you always say Yoga as a technique and as an attitude. Thank you both for this blissful journey. It is not only I am experiencing the change(spiritually and physically) within me as well as my family too. Now why to choose Dhrti? Here, Yoga is taught, to live as a Yogi, instead doing as an exercise for physical wellness. Yes, no doubt, physical wellness is achieved when mental balance is in place. "Individual attention" is given and they are ready to address any challenges faced. Thank you for treating us as own family and we could experience your warmth of love and care for us. Everything taught and spoke has taken as “veda vakya” and we all are experiencing it eventually. Anyone of any religion, race, language, all can seek and attain Yoga Vidhya here in Dhrti and experience peace and harmony in life. People say that you will not experience the positive sides of anything in life unless and until you try it. Yoga is one such thing for me. It has helped me to believe in myself & i am sure that i can reach the light to my tunnel. It has only been 3 months but everything seems so different. My energy power has boosted up. Each yoga asana has its own power. The motivation that each asana gives is my ticket to attend class regularly. It makes you feel so fresh & energized. A big thank you to all my gurus. ? Hearty Congratulations to Manutattawa Prabhji and Satvinder Mataji on being able to successfully conduct and complete a year of online yoga sessions! This has been a great blessing for my Mother and I who have been part of the Dhrti family since early this year. Though I have previously practiced ‘physical’ yoga before (part of the weekly quota of the yoga sessions offered at the gym I use to ‘work-out’ at), I have re-learnt what yoga means and I feel very grateful that I get to understand and challenge myself on the mat during both the on-line classes and during self-practice which Prabhuji reminds us of every single morning. In my short journey of 10 weeks with Dhrti, I have pleasantly surprised myself by my attempts to practice the Vajra asana, Chandra Namaskar, extended rounds of Surya Namaskar during Rathasapthami, bettering my timing with Nadi Shodhana and reciting the Aditya Hrydayam Stotram. With noticing the level of patience that Prabhuji demonstrates in class, within 3 weeks of joining classes, I requested my 62-year-old Mother to try it as well. For someone who had no prior experience practicing Yoga, she was initially hesitant, but I assured her that it will greatly benefit her – specially the issues that she had with her knees and lower back. Within a few weeks of Prabhuji’s classes and Mataji’s guidance – she was able to see the difference (which many years of medication has not been able to resolve) in her flexibility and how simple it was to incorporate it as a part of her daily routine. I think the cherry on the cake was when her friends and sisters complimented her on her very glowing skin (Thanks to Nadi Shodhan Pranayama!) – which has now turned her into a yoga-enthusiast. I am also very grateful that through these online classes, my Mother and I now share a common interest (other than family gossip!) and have a platform to be able to connect and experience the weekly classes together.
