★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't seen honest delivery person from this agency. every one takes extra money to deliver the cylinder. Most customers are paying extra money thinking that if one doesn't pay the money, they might not receive cylinder in time.
If honest survey is done, To know whether customers are asked to pay extra money to get proper service.

I'm sure that majority will be option a.
Please teach your delivery persons that
if the customer by himself gives extra money then it is a tip.
Asking the customer extra money is bribing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Never delivers cylinder on time.5 to 7 days is a wait time once booked. That too sometimes need to follow up with agency to deliver the cylinder. Worst part is delivery guy Mr. Murugesh i don't see any issue with other delivery guys though delivery is late. The arragancy tone as if he does a favor of delivering the gas and has fixed delivery charges as 30 if we 20 rupees he won't accept. Hence if same guy deliver he never accept rs.20 hence its profit for the person who ordered. Also same guy calls in the morning and says he will deliver the cylinder by 4.30pm same day and of if i get calls from agency in between we should confirm that cylinder is delivered. But he will never deliver in same day again next day have to follow up with that guy to get order..which again he will make excuses and not deliver.
This feedback has been shared to agency but doesn't seem to have taken any action on that agent. As he continues with same attitude and argument while delivering.
This forced me to write as feeback pathetic service no timely delivery. Delivery agent is pathetic. Never recommended agency for HP gas
