★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad and shady dealing what you pay u don't know whether you can avail it or not and when you ask to avail it the person needs to check how he took payment and asks the people to call them after a day and wait for a year to avail it though whatever we take will be paying extra for it but I guess when a person doesn't want to let you avail the money you've paid this is the way they behave with their customers
Glad didn't continue for a year else what was the proof that this person would let us avail our money then also
Very very very bad experience
Everyone be aware before you enter this shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. At the time of selling they will say all types of promises about product quality. Later they will refuse to provide any service. Pathetic. Won't recommend to waste ur money. Guarantee is only for silver. Nothing happens to silver. The design, crystals wear off within a month.no repair, if repaired it is changeable and will take more than a month is what they say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic dealing the owner talks rudely has no work ethics behaves like he is some gold king I ordered a name chain which broke while wearing once on that he replies u must have broken it urself I wonder how can something of gold break so easily just by wearing then after repair he charged us almost double the original price of the gold saying he had to add as else it will break again I wonder y he dint tell us this earlier....thn we started a kitty with him bt due to sudden moving out plans from the country we asked him if we can buy some product of a higher value paid to him n adjust that amount amd pay the balance he spoke so unprofessionally
...most unreliable jeweller now I wonder I should get the products bought from him checked as not trust worthy at all.pls do not start any kitty with them as they only behave good if u keep paying them else their behavior is really unprofessional. I am sure had I continued in the end also e would have behaved like this to adjust the kitty final amount.all the reviews are true not worth going to. Well definately follow up legally its not matter of money its his behavior and his tone of talking. Kitty system is a total fraud scam they are running.
