★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic way of managing a society by a few guys since the time the last committee stepped out. Destroyed the reputation of the apartment. No transparency in the maintenance collected. The accounts show an average of 45k for water purchase per month, but the maintenance is 4250/- Whereas earlier with the same amount of water purchase we were paying 2750/- . If we don’t pay they will threaten to cut the generator power which disturb our work, hence we do not have any way. Hope Bangalore will have some laws to control these kind of residential association guys. Who just loot our money? If we ask about it, we will be abused by a few guys. So for our peace of mind we end up paying 750/- every month to some people who are not even known to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad management make our life miserable here since few months. No power supply since an hour. No one respond to the complaints. All neighboring apartments are on Generator power support. But our security says here they are still discussing whether to ON the Generator or NOT!!! This is the situation of this apartment. Come on guys grow up and learn at least to give us uninterrupted power and water supply that is our right when we pay regular maintenance. As tenants we can move out. That's the only option. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite irresponsible guys. Ask a question to the assoaction Mr.secretary will threaten the person that he can remove them from the what’s app group… what a pathetic association. Collect money & if we ask the account information threaten to disconnect generator power… don’t understand what is wrong in asking about safety in Corona season or maintenance collection details . If we ask for an update who the hell you are to remove the resident from the common group? The hell with you guy's attitude. You guys spoiled our peaceful living condition. Pathetic… residents are requesting for a temperature check, not implemented …. No proper hygienic Chek or cleaning… we can't use lift as they don’t sanitize it…..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth. No recommendation . The basic right of an individual is denied here , no one can raise a concern here now a days expect 2-3 , this guy will use mucky language and if any one reply, we & our family will be threatened. So almost 95% will not bother whatever happens here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One rating for the abusive prince of this apartment + 1 for the association committee who says do not waste time when complaint on such matters + 1 for unhygienic & shabby corridors+ 1 for looting residents INR 750/- as water charge after this heavy rain etc..etc...This apartment is combine of all these) I wish there could be a negative rating in google. Will not recommend for rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking distance from 80 feet and 100 feet roads with good schools, shops and restaurants around, this is a great location to live. The current association after change is doing a good job. The community lacks unity as most people don't want to step forward to do work with few owners trying to rally the rest is the only problem. Been here for several years and has been a pleasant experience overall with almost no issues as a family with everything available in mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good society. Hats off to you President madam. Quite impressed with all the association work. This review I wanted to give after today’s association meeting. Great handling. Though a few try to trouble well handling & well explained each point,even keeping the trouble makers at ease. So the 5 rating is for the president madam & Team!!
It is a good society quite near to 100 feet road & easily accessible to the best schools, hospitals,shopping, best restaurants. The bad comments that you see are just about a few troublesome owners. They are a very few. Can ignore. Otherwise, it is a peaceful community. We own an apartment here and are very happy to be part of this society. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good apartment. Right now we had a wonderful group of people who was handling the committee the special mention about the strong ladies. Was pleased to see their management. They even made a group and served food to the Covid patients & families during the tough time!! Hats off to you ladies!! Thank you for the good work carried out!
But we should be vigilant to ignore some miscreants. These few men keep creating some trouble in the community. There are only 3-4 and another 2-3 supporters to this main fighter. That is the only negative review I have.
