★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super happy with the first service! Staffs are very friendly and helpful! I got offer of free wash on next service. Well organised showroom even with small space. You can also book your service slot prior visit.
Time concious. And delivery is on time. Charges are transparent. Pre booking is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 12th Jan I had serviced my Grazia vehile and after service the problem remains same still there is milage problem & pick problem what were the parts recommended was replaced & paid for it.
It shows there skill level is LOW & moto of looting money is HIGH
They are not concerned about trouble shooting & satisfying the Customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my 2 wheeler for service a month back. After paying money for service I noticed odometer is not working. When I complained they took 2 days to fix it but they gave it to local mechanic. Now odometer is not working again. I hardly used for 100 kms and Now co2 is showing high in emission test. That's means engine oil was not changed correctly. Pathetic service of the center. I am tired of complaining. Pls don't go there unless you want to spend money unnecessary. Also take a test drive before paying for service. These guys usually ask you to pay upfront.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever I gave my bike 1service they charge me 502 for engine oil change they told 1service free. And I waited for 1 day just oil change that all they did it. I came at 9:00am and they gave the bike at 4:00pm just engine oil change for 8 hours worst service. Bad experience and my bike heating issue and gare problem also they told all problem solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please judge yourself twice or thrice, before going to Dhruvdesh Honda (Service Centre), Yelahanka. Consistently, in a sequence 3rd time, one of the worst services delivered by Dhruvesh Honda, Yelahanka. So, ideally, get fooled by Dhruvesh Honda from almost past 1.5 to 2 years in a row,
Probably, after service you will get a feedback call as well, which is also I think another junk feedback methodology which they have kept just for the sake of their investment and a waste of time for both consumer & producer.
Advice: If possible and doable then try your luck outside and nearby trustworthy service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid around ₹4,500 for oil change,milage check, start problem and other minor services.
They are not done any work properly,,
I was hearing high sound in vehicle,,oil change was very poor,,they didn't solved vehicle start problem.
Only after 5 days my vehicle not started,then I came to know that they were replaced spark plug with old version,,one nut was not fitted to engine,,it was giving very low milage,may be around 25km only,,
On 21st I faced oil leakage problem,,
I added all evidence (photos) the problems I faced,,
Please don't go here for service,,
The local garage people will do good Services at lower cost.
Even Honda service adds GST also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for free service of my new activa. They just wash and give the vehicle, nothing else. Actually free service is spoiling our vehicle , nothing more. Company should not make it compulsory. Every time we give for free service the vehicle spoils further only to get it repaired when free service is over. They try to sell useless things .
