★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service center Applying black polish on the bike serves the bike ??????????? I had my bike serviced but it was not serviced as expected at the service center It only took a lot of money There is loud sound coming from the gear of the bike, jerking of the bike, other problems. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not a customer. Just stopped here when it was raining heavily, but I would like to say a big thank you to their staffs for their great hospitality. I was indeed amazed by how much they care out of kindness for somebody who isn't even gonna get them any revenue. We were offered to sit in the lounge with nice sofas and some refreshments as well. God bless you all, and this is the result of the standards set by the manager. Take care ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good technicians and people there who helps in getting the servicing done quickly. Once the servicing is done they call the customer to pick up the vehicle.
Engine oil, gear oil and brake oil are chargeable even if it is rhe first free servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have called me for 999 service but billed me 1162 I asked for it and after checking they changed.
How could it be done.
After service am hearing some sound from the back of bike which was never before.
Also I had free service which they told it's lapsed as the days have passed but not the KMs.
I have informed them that due to corona and lockdown I have not come however whenever am available I made the services.
Even for the free service thay have charged.
Also after service and wash I have found it was not clean later intimating they given some answers instead of cleaning.
Before the showroom was not like this.
But yesterday I can see many peoples where complaining about the service and the cost mismatch.
I hope they should consider and imrove the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have for Honda Activa from their showroom have got it serviced for last 5 years. The service is average. They have pickup and drop facility at nominal charges. One can save some bucks by buying annual AMC package for servicing.
I have starting issue in my Activa everytime they say that it is due to not enough runing of the vehicle and they don't rectify it.
After service the tyre pressure is always way lower than the recommended value. Don't know if they check it or not. Also if they can miss simple thing like tyre pressure don't know how well they are servicing other things.

I spent 19000 but they giving 3rd class service not even basic service, all stuff members are irresponsible even not understanding the simple problem. sorry to say they are deserving 0 Rating. If stuff members doesn't know about this service then don't provide bad service at least we can give any other branch. I went 4 times still no body are getting my problem
I request you to owner please read my message once and hope he will understand my problem and give good service further otherwise no body will come to give bike servicing.
