It's been 2 days and till now the guitar is sounding good.
The best thing about this shop is this shop's people will treat you with respect. They give you enough space and time to experiment with whatever instrument you want to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was harrowing experience buying an instrument from this place! I am from ladhak and wanted to buy a guitar. As I was not physically present there myself I asked my nephew, who studies there, to purchase one. To my utter shock, there was a crack on the guitar's bridge! They duped him by handing over a defected piece at the time of billing. We looked at another product but the salesman slyly packed the cracked one while my nephew got busy doing the billings!
As we ladhakhi are very straightforward and innocent people, I trusted the shopkeeper on the video call. He said, "bilkul chinta mat karo (don't worry at all)". So i trusted him!
Later I was thinking it would have been better buying online. They offer quality discounts or nice bundles with more things at the same price. And they also have good return policy where you can even get the money back if you don't like the product. And all these they do themselves. You just have to make a call.
Though I could get the product replaced, it was hugely distressing for me to go to the airport and find a familiar person who could take the broken piece back to chandigarh. In this process, I also put my nephew into lots of stress and costs.
The shopkeeper might have thought they could somehow sell the defected piece and earn profit and commission for the salesman. We ladhakhis are straightforward and kind-hearted for sure but not fools who you think you can con them.
There's less humanity left in this world!
