★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After begin again the fussy & over cautious approach of dentists kept me away from them, (my dentists clinic is still closed)
Accidentally while passing by, I landed into Diagnopein Nana Peth Clinic.
Dr. Mois attended me, but I wasn't happy with his treatment so to question him I again visited Diagnopein.
This time Dr. Bancy attended me. I found her sincere & hard working. She did treat me carefully, kind heartedly & developed faith in me to continue my treatment in Diagnopein. She also properly guided me to get my further advanced treatment, done from endodontist Dr. Neha & Dr. Rasikala
Both endodontist deed their job skilfully,& successfully.
There is a lot of scope for improvement in the centre.
My treatment would have been flawless, happy & more comfortable if the chair was in order. instruments were in proper working condition, & the material was available at the time of procedures,the drainage, water supply would have been normal.
Two assistants in one centre are necessary..
A receptionist to receive the phone calls, do the clerical job, attend the patients in the waiting room, disburse reports, indent material, send/receive impressions/ dentures to labs & manage the repair work in the clinic, another one with her a fully trained, healthy assistant who can concentrate only on assisting the procedures. This set up will help attract patients, give them quick service, satisfactory treatment at low cost & serve the purpose of the trust to start the clinic.
Hope in future I & the other benificiories get a better service.
