★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are fraud don't go there for property dear, there are many property dealer in this area, my suggestion is to avoid this dealer
I was in search a flate and visited 8-9 times and they show me more flate and I had final one flate and paid token amount to Nitesh dubey but he can't final the deal and he did fake promises again and again and he waste my 1 month of time. After that I request to mr. Nitesh for return my token amount then he deny for returning money and he threaten to me and call me late night and threaten again. After that I'm going to another property dealer for my concern and I see another property.

Wanted to shift in VVIP , Saya Zion etc
I met here Mr Dubey , who such a nice person , I little serous about Vastu , he offered me more than 4-5 flats within 2-4 days
I shifted on first and visited the place make sure the flat is clean & painted new
I really appreciate

He promised next will shifted in my own flat ?
