★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Hopeless service from dial service team (DST) and their technician Ismail. Called TV repair of LG 49" but never got repaired. U need to follow up them regularly for collecting the TV and getting back the TV. Since 1st time repair in June-21. It got repaired thrice and all time same issue of power. Fourth time it went down and no technician visited since 28th September 2021 though following rigorously with DST and Technician. After tiring need to give to another technician again spending same amount. Please be careful with DST and unskilled technician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraud company. Please do not avail their services. They claim to be official service providers for various big brands but they are not. I got cheated for my tv repair by them. They took my TV and claimed to have replaced the mother board, they charged me Rs. 5500 plus the visit charge. Within less than a week, the TV started giving the same problem. When I called them, they told me their technician is on leave and will attend to my complaint. They have not sent anyone since.

TV was taken saying will be repaired & returned within 4 days. However had to follow up continuously & got it after 12 days. Original parts were removed. Now the TV has stopped functioning and they are saying it is out of warranty. Cant do anything
Have charged me 9000 for this.
Please do not fall I to their trap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero start.. very very bad experience. They are unprofessional employees. Use secondhand parts which will not work properly.
Highly recommended to not contact them for any service they will not provide any help after service .
Photo which I have attached is after the service. Now it is not working properly and didn't get any support from Dial service centre.
Fake company do not get any service from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give ZERO stars for this service company. completly fraud services. recently i booked service for my Philips LED tv power supply issue ,the guy name is kareem came and verified and said ur TV has a back light issue hence we need to take TV for repaire also 5000 rs chargable approxmetly like that he said.I did not accept his words and paid 250 rs for service charge .after some time i only put back the screws(thinking to contact other service) and powered on its obsoletely working fine ....fraud service pls b aware ...my ticket id 20222103
