★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I use to get some discount on the medicines I buy..this time I didn't get. Minimum wait time 20-25 minutes..naresh bhai the man at the counter - no customer empathy...very harsh..its like a customer will have to wait as long as the guys working inside the shop makes their mood to give your medicine..that is the time you will get your medicines..very slow ..many staff deployed still speed of service remains slow..customer visiting the shop he will make that person frustrated to the core ..then give medicine to the customer...hope this feedback makes some sense to diamond & they improve on their behaviour to their patients/ customer / human.
Looks like they earn well in home delivery ..customers visiting shop are Ill treated
