If a trainer does not have a great physique and if he is not fit then his students can never see the development among themselves and the trainer will never become successful).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place . Don't judge by the exterior. The interior is pretty big, much more then mordern gyms near Nagerbazar and the owner is Mr.India (ex). He is a quite genuine person. They have every mordern equipment available and in some equipments even the better ones don't have it. Give it a try for 3 month. You'll love the environment
