Please don’t ever try to take a single chance to buy any fitting from this shop.Even before visiting shop I have read the reviews but I ignored the reviews & went to this shop for purchased. So many people are facing the same issue.... Don’t at all try to give a single chance.
This guy shop owner has asked me 100% money in advance while placing the order.... He comitted to give fitting in next morning , he literally took my two months to deliver the fitting & once the finally fitting got delivered it was defected... He is not even ready to accept that Appart from that I ordered so many other fittings ... He delivered half of the fittings that too of difference in colour what I ordered!!! Many fittings were missing and at the last moment he literally denied to accept!!! He is the liest fraudest and literally harass the customer.... once he takes 100% money from you in start he literally makes customer to cry neither he gives the all the fitting ... provides some fittings that’s too defected, nor he return the money back !!!
???????? So please be careful guys don’t ever try to ignore the below other peoples comment and this comment !!! Don’t ever buy anything from this shop!!! U would lost all ur money!!!
I wish this shop gets closes soon before getting more people effected like me!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big dealer. Always busy and runs his business on him terms. Has collection that rest in the market also do. Price is high and fixed, the claim is that the quality is better which is not measurable. Usually rude to the retail buyers understandably so as he is a whole seller.
Good store to visit and compare with others.

As the Baner shop is not even on google map (??), reviewing their parent concern. The owner is rude and constantly on phone.
Barely manages to talk to customers but shop manages to get some footfalls as it has decent collection of Chandeliers.
Once payment is done, attitude changes from bad to pathetic. Will not pick up calls and talk directly. We found they packaged an old display piece and sold us as new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst guy in this business. rude, unprofessional, no courtesy, fake delivery promises, never calls you back, useless guys.
Big mistake from my side placing an order worth 45k (task lights, Chandelier led strips, profiles) with advance payment at this shop. Shop owner Mr. Ram promised to deliver whole order in 2-3 days. When I didn't hear from them in next 5-6 days I ask for an update on order and the guy said "ohh sir your order is ready only, I will send it today" this went on for at least 15 days. After multiple calls I got partial order of the lights, Mr. Ram and his Son promised everyday that they will send order by evening and this goes on till 2 months. At the end I have to take a leave from work and collect refund from this guy from the shop after a hustle.
I would suggest all the customers not to buy anything from this shop. Even in the worst case if you really want to buy get the items than and there on the payment else dont do advance payment at all, this guys will ruin your time and you will regret that you didnt listen to this review.

I request everyone reading this review to never visit this business to prevent possibly the worst customer experience ever.
