It became a task to choose amongst the beauties displaced in front of us. The best part being as it was a gift I did not wish my son to spend a handsome amount.Thus,being a mother ,I was more than happy to get my desired ring , at my son's pocket friendly budget !!

β β β β β I was impressed with their designs however these guys are very unprofessional. I have asked many time kunal to show a diamond set on video call so i can finalise. Later i went to store which is a small store and was full of customers so kunal asked me to wait for 30 minutes. I waited in my car for 30 minutes, later i called from my end only to kunal then he mentioned it will take more time and you can come on tuesday. I brought the set from somewhere else. I was looking for a diamond pendant set also and these people keep telling we are calling u abd bla bla bla. I mentioned 80 to 85 thousand ll not have much option. I told kunal even if it is 1 lacs approx wont hve problm. Then he is calling in an hour. This is highly unprofessional. Keeping telling ur customer thar we are calling from last 8 to 10 times and no response later is poor customer service. Designs with them is good but poor customer service. Very bad experience especially with kunal. They says prior appointment. Appointment is required for physical visit and check the screenshot kunal mentioned he is calling in an hour. He did not. It is only one page of screenshot. I asked him to call 6 7 times. He has not called anytime. Please read. I genuinely telling you that besides good work of designing, you people will loose customer due to bad customer service. Thanks
