β β β β β Very frankly and proud to say that once if u join Diet concept definitely you will get 100% result as it's my personal experience mine weight was 96.5 today I have reached to 85.2 kg, I have strictly followed the diet which was given by KRUTI MEM last year in the month of June I have started following the given diet some complication where there before joining diet concept like hypothyroid,weakness,hairfall issue,dark circles below eye sites,constipation issue,border line diabetes,blood pressure all this issues are almost over for this I am very thankful to Krutiben.Desai she is so polite,humble and meanly very cool her nature is very quite, point to point discussion no more show off totally down to earth Krutiben I m very thankful having you as my dietician I would also like to thanks the staff member of diet concept well deciplin and humble in future also I will joint Diet concept if my weight start gaining and request to other members to join Diet concept if u have to loss weight or gain weight or any other issue for health related thank you so very much Krutiben may God shower his blessing forever and ever ??

It is not only on weight loss or anything else it is a healthy life style with no starving .

β β β β β Being healthy is a part of my profession .But with age and 2 kids I felt my strength and fitness plateaued down .I have always been aware of healthy life style but was somehow not able to crack the essence this time.My energy levels had mellowed and I needed some guidance.I was lucky to have consulted Kruti ,as she not only gave me good advice but also charted out diet plans that made me more efficient and boosted my energy levels Her diet plans are based on individual body types and she is thorough in figuring out required plans.'This is not about weight loss but a lifestyle change to be fit and healthy'..is what she imbibed in me.I am indeed greatful to her ..as I am a happy person..more vibrant and more fitter.

β β β β β Since a teenager I have been a fitness freak. I exercised and kept control on my diet. But since last few years my weight increased gradually and was stuck inspite all my efforts with salad and soups?.
Then luckily a friend recommended Dr Kruti Desai.
I consulted her and that was the beginning of a new era of fitness for me. My weight started reducing from the very first session and since then I have lost quite a few inches too.
Usually we relate dieting to starving but thatβs a misconception. Her motto is healthy eating for a healthy life. Her diet plans are based on individual body types & needs and very are simple to execute.
She is humble and a true professional.
I am now more fitter, more energetic and more confident.

β β β β β I started my journey with Diet concepts and Mrs. kruti Desai with a positive frame of mind for weight and inch loss and improving overall health. What I didn't know was some minor changes recommended by Mrs. Kruti Desai would lead to the goal I was seeking and yearning for many many years even with a fitness regimen in my daily routine.As I already had a 5 day a week workout in my schedule, I thought that no evident changes would be visible. But I am happy that I was wrong. The key I was searching for a fit body was now visible with the help of Diet concepts.
Coming to the benefits, the most important thing was a cool temperament. I was amazed how a healthy and nutitious diet helped me in my stress management in my busy and demanding job and managing my children's schedule. Reduced infections, reduced secondary infections,healthy intestine, reduced knee pain, reduced hair loss, increased energy to name a few are the overall improvement in health.
Best thing about Mrs. kruti Desai's diet is they are easily maneageable and can be continued for a changed lifestyle without starving and craving for food. And once you feel the results coming, one is sure to follow the same. Seasonal changes in diet to fuel in the nutrition are also the best part of the diet
Though I am on my halfway on achieving my goal, I am sure to reach it soon.

β β β β β First of all, a Big Thank You and salute to Ms.Kruti@Diet Concepts for guiding ua all to become healthy individuals, and in turn, contributing in making a healthy society.
After experimenting variety of fad diets over the last 3 years without any success, I finally found Ms.Kruti @Diet Concepts, on recommendation of my cousin. I had closely watched the transformation of my cousin and his family, and it gave me a motivation to try out Diet Concepts.
Only one thing to say " SIMPLE EATING, HEALTHY LIVING". That is what Diet Concepts taught me and recommended. Ms.Kruti very meticulously understood my problems of weight gain & high body fat due to my hypothyroid and cholesterol and advised diet plans accordingly. During these 3 months of lockdown, I thoroughly followed up with her online and was able to bring down my cholesterol levels from 273 in March to 211 in June without any medication, and had an overall inch loss of 5.5 inches (which was my goal) and lost 4 kgs of weight.
Her diet plans include pure, simple & fresh home made food. You can never starve on her diet plan and get to eat vareity of food all day long and can still loose weight.
Appreciate her dedication and understanding of each individuals' needs and advise them a healthy life accordingly.
